How can men honestly not know what women want and women honestly not know why men don't know?

Then add to that the differences that we all exhibit, based on our genetic makeup and  upbringing.

It is no wonder couples can have problems!

A relationship is a 24 * 7 partnershipyet it doesn't have a mission statement, an operating manual, or defined goals and objectives that you want to met together.

It is something that is expected to work despite being with a partner who is completely different - in how they think, process the world around them, and consequently behave.

At school we are never taught about relationships, yet it is the most important aspect of most people's lives.A

At NorthSide Counselling we have developed a programme consisting of 5 interactcive workshops - these can be weekly, fortnightly or what ever suits you.

The Workshops

The first session will run for approximetely 90 minutes while subsequent sessions are one hour. Over the course of the programme we explore all aspects of a relationship including communication styles, the 5 love langauges, physical and emotional needs, differences between men and women and how to handle conflict.

As we get to know you we will also tailor the sessions to suit your particular situation - so if there are certain areas that require more attention, then we will address those needs.

As part of this programme we will also give you "homework" to work through with your partner that is both fun as well as insightful.

At the end of the course you will have a much deeper understand of your partner (and vice versa), plus all the tools that will enable you you to enjoy a great relationship.

The cost of the programme is $110 per session (total $550) but if you book and pay for the 5 sessions up front then the total cost is $450.

Group Workshops

If you have others that you would also like to attend at the same time, then individual prices will be reduced accordingly, although session times would need to be extended to enable everyone to have a chance for input.

Alternatively - you may register your name to be part of a group of 8. When we get enough people registered we will contact you with suggested times. These cost $25 per person and run for 2 hours.
