Appointment Times
Appointments are available Monday thru Sunday.

Neil sees clients Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm.
Karen sees clients, weekdays, evenings and weekends.

ReBooking
You may book individual times as you go, or book repeat sessions in advance - whatever suits your requirements.
If you feel that the counsellor cannot help you further, then please discuss this. Alternate referrals can be made.

Phone Support
If at any stage you need to speak urgently to a counsellor between sessions, via phone or email, then this service is available at no charge. Phone conversations generally will be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, unless in case of an emergency.

Number of Sessions
Sometimes all that is required is a single meeting, while in other cases up to 5 or 6 sessions may be required. Sometimes counselling can extend over a longer period.  But the goal is always to minimise the number of sessions required.

Fees
Sessions are $110.00 and last for 1 hour.

Longer sessions can be booked in advance - charges are $150 for 1 1/2 hours and $180 for 2 hours.

You should expect to have something very tangible to take away with you from your very first session.  The insights gained will enable changes to start to take place immediately.

There is no obligation to book followup sessions.

Payment
Payment is either via Mastercard, Visa, Cash or Cheque.

Cancellation
We do request that you give 24 hours cancellation notice, otherwise you will be charged.
